Per mL Polymyxin B sulphate 6,000 IU, neomycin sulphate equiv to neomycin 3.5 mg, dexamethasone Na phosphate equiv to dexamethasone 1 mg
Indications/Uses
Ocular inflammatory disorders w/ a corticosteroid indicated & where bacterial infection or any risk of ocular bacterial infection exists.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1-2 drops to the infected eyes. Mild irritation 4-6 times daily. Severe infection 1-2 drops every hr until visible improvement occurs.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Epithelial herpes simplex keratitis, vaccinia, varicella, eyes & conjunctival diseases due to viral, mycobacterial infection of the eye. Any foreign particle in cornea.
